Color Wheel is a solitaire/cooperative game designed by Andy Looney. It is one of two Pyramid Arcade games to use the Wheel (the other game being Petri Dish).

Setup
Set aside the "grayscale" (white, black, and clear) pyramids and lay them down flat on the table. Place the remaining "colorful" pyramids randomly onto the Wheel, so that no pyramids of the same color share an edge. (There will be 23 colorful pyramids left over.)

Goal
Rearrange the pyramids so that each pyramid forms a contiguous group with all other pyramids that share its color, and do so in 27 moves or less.

Gameplay
On your turn, you make take one of two actions.

# Swap any two pyramids of the same size.
# Swap any two pyramids of the same color.

After each swap, stand up one of the grayscale scoring pyramids. If you complete all color groups before standing up the final grayscale pyramid, you win with a score equal to the number of grayscale pyramids standing upright. (Lower scores are better.) You may continue playing and counting your moves after the last grayscale pyramid has been stood up, but any score above 27 is considered a loss.

This game can be played solitaire or cooperatively.
