The bad news is that the game designer's page is down.... seemingly having been taken offline over the past year or two. I found a different copy of the rules, which, since it is available on Archive.org, should be stable. These are from a different website, and they might not represent the latest version of the game. I'll try to see if I can't track down Peter Aronson at some point.
