I lived with Kristin and Andy for 14 years (known for a time as Alison "Looney" Frane) and still work for Looney Labs. Though I wore a lot more hats when we were fewer people, now my job is primarily customer-support focused. I answer the phones and lots of questions via email, and I set up our online FAQ. I check over and mark orders "Ready" for our warehouse to fulfill.

I used to go to a lot of consumer conventions, but don't as much anymore, as I'm busy holding down the fort (it's very buoyant), but if you've ever had an issue with your order, or a question about how to play, or needed a replacement part, you've probably interacted with me.
