'''20240326''' - I added the game "The Crossing" to the wiki. Enjoy this easy-to-learn game with a deeper strategy than you may think at first. Gradually, I am designing more games for the ''Addendum'' to ''Play More Games with the Homeworlds Set''. The first game that is completed is a port of Corintho (see link below). With a friend of mine, I am also in the process of designing a cool game that is inspired by ''Game of Empires 2'' and ''Magic: The Gathering''. It's tentative name is called ''Crystal Fields''. The design process for this abstract strategy game is reversed: where normally you start imagining a starting position and a mechanic, we now started with the idea to implement existing mechanics in those games, translating it to a pyramid game. It's exciting, because at first I did not know that it would work, but it does. We are heavily playtesting and tweeking the game, to make it balanced, consistent, and fun. We discovered that the "lore", the theme, or the language with which to describe the game actions and creatures, is essential to appeal to a larger public. Keep an eye out for news about this; I will certainly report when we're ready.

'''20230814''' - The book "Play More Games with the Homeworlds Set" (self-published) is out on Lulu.com since August 2023, in softcover and hardcover. A free PDF can be downloaded from https://tinyurl.com/HW-Play-More. Some, but not all the included games have a page here on the wiki. See the category "Games playable with Homeworlds Set". The Lulu.com entry contains the text of the back cover.
