I tried to play this one today with my daughter (who is an experienced Catan player), but we found it too difficult with the rules as written, because they don't provide any sort of at-a-glance access to development costs and other basic info. We were just getting frustrated flipping back and forth in the rules all the time. So I worked up a quick-reference sheet to support our next attempt. The bottom table "Resource" is for players to write in the house rules color assignments of pyramid colors to the four resource types. (I've decided that I prefer black and white for structures, with green food, blue metal, yellow textiles, and clear crystal.) --[[User:Carthoris|Carthoris]] 21:21, 11 March 2012 (UTC)

I noticed the note on your user page calling this game "a lawsuit in the making." Why not call it Crystal Cities Colonizing? You even get to keep the alliteration! --Carthoris 20:05, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
