Martian Risk on Mars?

The idea of Martians competing to invade Earth is fun. But the more ur-Risk notion of global conflict among Martians on their own world could work too. Schiaparelli's 19th-century map of Mars is available in very high resolution on Wikipedia and elsewhere, and could make an excellent surface for this game:
