Line 48:

* Place a small in any unoccupied space
* Swap outRemove two of your smalls, or a large and a small, to place a medium in an adjacent space
* Swap outRemove two of your mediums, or a large and a medium, to place a large or a small in an adjacent space

Adjacent may be horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

=== SwapsRemoval ===
When swappingremoving pieces out, the two pieces must share at least one adjacent (empty) space; they can, but don't need to be, adjacent themselves. Place the next piece in a space that is adjacent to both of the swapped pieces, then removetake the swappedremoved pieces from the board and return them to your stash. You can only do this if you have a piece of the appropriate size remaining, or if the removal of the pieces from the board gives you a piece of the appropriate size.

If the large is removed from the board asin part of athis swapprocess it may be replaced in an adjacent space; it may "move" in this fashion. Once it is on the board the large is considered "wild", and counts as a medium or a small for all purposes (both swaps and four-in-a-row). The only way to get the large on the board is to swap up fromremove two mediums.

If a player does not have any smalls left, they must swapremove two smalls (or a large and small) forto place a medium, or must remove two mediums (or a large and medium) forto place a large. If they are unable to do either of these things, they lose.
