- I assume lava destroys what it lands on, though that's not stated in so many words in the rules
- I assume after the second volcano erupts, you can no longer extend the first volcano's lava flow (though you can flow the second in the same direction)
- game ends when lava runs out; so probably each volcano gets 6 lava coins?
- 2nd volcano will occur 1-10 rounds after the first, after 5 there will be no more lava to place for the first? Or do you use unused piecepack coins if necessary? Probably better to keep it limited.
