A variant of Gnostica which replaces the powers of the Major Arcana cards with random effects from rolling the Color die.
Differences[edit | edit source]
- Tarot suits are replaced with their French equivalents (Cups = Hearts, Rods = Clubs, Discs = Diamonds, Swords = Spades)
- The new Stars suit replaces the Major Arcana cards
- When a Stars card is activated or played, the Color die is rolled twice, with the powers available dictated by the outcome
- Normal suits keep the same powers, a Star allows discarding and drawing cards or swapping hands, and a Wild 'powers up' the other die roll
- There is an optional 'simple' mode played with three trios per player where orientation is ignored
