Oshugo, the city in a political situation. Two Dictators spread their influence through the buildings to rule Oshugo, building their empire as the game progresses. But some people do not like dictators and will stop any influence not of their liking. Whoever controls most of the building at the end wins at the end will rule Oshugo.

Play
Setup
Place pennies in a 4x4 grid, checkerboard style alternating Heads,Tails. Choose a color, and take out the solid pyramids. Choose Heads or Tails. Flip a coin to see who goes first.
Initial Placement
Place all your pyramids on one side of the board so it looks something like this.

Place the 1 dot solid pyramid on the top right corner. Then, each player takes 1 solid and places it on the penny of his choice.
Play
On your turn you MUST move, aim, and fire.
Move
Move 1 solid piece onto another penny.
Also, You MAY move 1 piece of your own into the empty spot. Keep it's position, though.
Aim
Reorient a piece of yours so that it is facing a different line of pennies.
Fire
Flip over a line of pennies that 1 of your pyramids point to. If a solid of another size is in your line, stop. you can not flip any more behind that. If a solid of the same size is in your line, you may pass through, but not flip over the penny under the solid.
Winning
After 10 rounds the player with the most of their side up wins!
